Sow & Store Poster
Sow & Store Poster is an internal automation application used to publish scheduled content to the official Sow & Store Facebook Page using the Meta Graph API.
Not a public application. This app has no public sign-up, no end users, and no consumer-facing features. It is operated solely by the owner of the Sow & Store Facebook Page to publish that Page’s own content on a schedule.
What it does
- Reads a queue of posts that the Page owner has written and approved in advance.
- Publishes each post to the Sow & Store Facebook Page at its scheduled time.
- Optionally adds a first comment to the post it has just published.
- Records whether each publish attempt succeeded, so a post is never published twice.
Permissions it uses
pages_show_list- To identify the Sow & Store Page in the operator’s own account and retrieve its Page access token.
pages_manage_posts- To create the scheduled posts on the Sow & Store Page.
pages_read_engagement- To confirm a post published successfully and to attach the first comment to it.
The app requests no permissions beyond those needed for the tasks above, and it never accesses any Page or profile other than the operator’s own.
